About quality control

Quality control team implements quality control tests on raw materials, production process, and finished products at each stage of the production cycle. By conducting regular inventory inspections, we guarantee quality upto its expiration date even after shipment. We are also in compliance with GMP and HACCP standards and we conduct product tests in accordance with the Health Food Code and Food Sanitation Act which regulates all aspects of the food industry.

It detects and sorts out visually defective tablets automatically
X-ray foreign object detector
It examines and selects high-density hard foreign matter such as Fe, SUS and plastics by using X-rays.
Metal detector
It inspects and sorts metal foreign material such as Fe, Cu, and SUS by using magnetic fields.
Weighing scales
It inspects and sorts a trace and excess quantity according to a weight range of tablets or powder-filled products.
